Due to limitations inherent in the Vyopta on-premise architecture with SSL enabled, we are unable to support CPM Analytics automated email reports that include screen captures of the data when SSL is enabled. This appears as report emails being blank rather than containing images of the dashboard graphics.
The actual data output files are still available as attachments to the email.
If screen shots are requires, workarounds include:
- Using the Screen Capture capability when logged into the reporting portal and manually attaching/resending the email to end users
- Using the exported data to create graphs in another tool that can be distributed
