If you need to check the version of vAnalytics Data Collector you are running in your environment, you will be able to find out by following these easy steps.
If you have administrative access with your Vyopta account, all you need to do is open a new browser window to https://apps.vyopta.com
Once you have logged into the site, you will be viewing the Admin | Status page that will show your vAnalytics Data Collector and your vAnalytics Endpoint Monitors that are running in your environment. In the right panel, you should see your Service Worker settings, which will show you the data collectors that are currently running (as shown in the screenshot below)
In the Computer Column, you will find the version of the Data Collector that you have running. Looking at the above Data Collector, you will see in this example that a vAnalytics Data Collector is running on a Windows machine called COLLECTOR2, with a version of 126.96.36.1998
We always recommend using our newest version of our vAnalytics Data Collector if you run into issues with your existing Data Collector. If you open a support ticket with us, we might request you to reproduce the issue with our current GA release, since products we monitor are constantly changing (including Firmware).
