If you need to check the version of Endpoint Monitor being used in your environment, you will be able to find out by following these easy steps.
If you have administrative access with your Vyopta account, all you need to do is open a new browser window to https://apps.vyopta.com
Once you have logged into the site, you will be viewing the Admin | Status page that will show your vAnalytics Data Collector and your vAnalytics Endpoint Monitors that are running in your environment. In the left panel, you should see your vControl Session settings, which will show you the endpoint monitors that are currently running (as shown in the screenshot below)
In the Version Column, you will find the version of the Endpoint Monitor that you have running in this environment. Looking at the above Endpoint Monitor, you will see in this example that an Endpoint Monitor is running on a Windows machine called COLLECTOR2, with an Endpoint Monitor version of 126.96.36.199
We always recommend using our newest version of our Endpoint Monitor if you run into issues with your existing monitor. If you open a support ticket with us, we might request you to reproduce the issue with our current GA release, since products we monitor are constantly changing (including Firmware).
If you would like to upgrade your Endpoint Monitor, please follow our upgrade installations here.
